5. SMS/Text Messaging Program

This section describes our text messaging practices and your rights. By opting in to receive text messages from The Political Group LLC, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and/or non-automated text messages at the telephone number you provide.

5.1 Consent and Opt-In

Your consent to receive text messages is obtained through our Contact form and HyperPhonebank quote form on the Site. Consent is entirely voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

5.2 Message Categories and Frequency

Through our Contact form, you may opt in to the following categories of text messages:

  • Customer Care Messages
  • Higher Education Messages
  • Marketing Messages
  • Polling / Voting Messages

Message frequency will not exceed 30 messages per month per category for the Contact form messaging program. For the HyperPhonebank client support program, message frequency varies (approximately 5 messages per week).

5.3 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates are determined by your wireless carrier and your individual plan. The Political Group LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred by your wireless carrier.

5.4 Opt-Out / STOP

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send you a single confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt-in. 5.6 Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

5.7 No Sharing of SMS Data

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your phone number or SMS opt-in consent information to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your opt-in data (phone number and consent status) is used exclusively by The Political Group LLC for the messaging purposes you have consented to. This prohibition on sharing applies to all categories of text messages listed above.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following tracking technologies on our Site:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use GA4 to analyze website traffic and usage patterns. GA4 collects data such as pages visited, session duration, and demographic information. Google's privacy policy governs their use of this data.
  • Google reCAPTCHA v3: We use reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and send it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Essential Cookies: Strictly necessary cookies that enable core Site functionality, security, and accessibility.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may impair certain features of the Site.

SMS opt-in consent records are retained for the duration of the messaging relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter as required to demonstrate compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.

When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
