By accessing or using the Site, submitting any form, or opting in to any of our messaging programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

The Political Group LLC is a political consulting firm that provides AI-powered phone banking, voter outreach, campaign analytics, and related political consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI Campaign Engine — AI-powered campaign strategy and intelligence
• Turnout Surge — voter mobilization and get-out-the-vote services
• Victory Math — data-driven campaign analytics and modeling
• TPG Institute — political campaign education and certification
• News Intelligence, Election Data Hub, and Poll Aggregator — informational resources

5. Use of the Site

5.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, submit forms, or opt in to our messaging programs. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

5.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, security, or functionality

• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Site, including reCAPTCHA or rate-limiting measures

6. HyperPhonebank Service Terms

Estimates and pricing displayed through our HyperPhonebank calculator are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer or contract. Final pricing, scope of work, and service terms will be confirmed in a separate written agreement between The Political Group LLC and the client.

All quoted rates are based on household counts and are subject to change. The voter-to-household conversion factor used in our calculator is an approximation. Actual campaign parameters will be confirmed during the engagement process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software, the “The Political Group” and “TPG” brand names, the HyperPhonebank name, and all related trademarks, are the property of The Political Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any of the content on the Site without our prior written consent.

8. News Intelligence and AI-Generated Content

Certain content on the Site, including articles in our News Intelligence section, may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice, legal counsel, or as a substitute for independent research and verification.

Election data, poll aggregation, and news articles presented on the Site are compiled from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information.

9. Client Dashboard Access

Access to client campaign dashboards is provided exclusively to authorized campaign clients of The Political Group LLC. Dashboard access credentials are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized individuals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate dashboard access at any time for security reasons or breach of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, services, and information provided therein are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Political Group LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site or services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (c) any content obtained from the Site; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Political Group LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Site or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Site.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at tpg@thepoliticalgroup.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

13.3 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and you waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Political Group LLC with respect to your use of the Site. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us. Separate written service agreements between The Political Group LLC and its campaign clients shall take precedence over these Terms with respect to the specific services covered by such agreements.

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
