A Texas congressional district, read two ways
The phone poll
The Political Group fielded a live-interviewer phone poll of 207 registered voters for a 2026 challenger in a north Texas congressional district, then expanded the sample with matched household and sex-matched neighbor tiers from the voter file to 525 interviews for the demographic cuts. Ballot, favorability and the issues that moved the undecided were reported on the candidate's private dashboard.
The HyperPulse read
Separately, HyperPulse built a synthetic electorate for the same district from Census, FEC and election data and asked it the same questions. The synthetic read corroborated the phone poll's picture of the district on the measures that mattered to the campaign's allocation. The two instruments were then combined on one dashboard, with the synthetic tab labeled as such.
We publish no accuracy percentage from a single comparison. The claim is narrower and checkable: on this district, the model and the phone poll told the same story, and the model was ready in hours. Candidate and district withheld at the client's request.

How is a HyperPulse read built?+
From the district's Census profile, its election history, and its campaign finance footprint from FEC data, HyperPulse builds thousands of modeled voters with the demographics, partisanship and turnout propensity of the real electorate, and asks them the questions a poll would ask. Every input is public and cited in the read.
How does real voter contact calibrate it?+
When a live phone program runs in the district, real voters answer the same identification questions. The synthetic electorate is compared to those answers and corrected, so the read gets sharper the longer the program runs.
